Return & Refund

At Babytics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a simple return and refund process, subject to the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at info@Babytics.com with your order details.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used cosmetics (e.g., makeup, skincare, perfumes)

  • Baby hygiene products, including diapers, wipes, and feeding accessories

  • Any item marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.


4. Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns (excluding damaged/incorrect items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they haven't been processed for shipment.
